About the role
- The Facility Manager is responsible for providing high-level administrative, operational, and client-facing support within a dynamic facilities management environment. This role combines responsibilities from facilities coordination, CMMS administration, customer service, project support, and vendor management. The position ensures smooth daily operations
- by managing work order flow, supporting maintenance teams, maintaining accurate CMMS data, coordinating projects and vendors, and acting as a liaison between clients, technicians, and internal ABM leadership. This role directly supports the Account Lead and contributes to operational excellence, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
