- The Covering Agent should have an in-depth understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, talent representation, contract negotiations, and an existing deep network of social media influencers.

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Must have an existing deep network of social media influencers and talent
- Must have 1+ years experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency)
Skills

Compensation
- progression is tied to demonstrated performance, expanded scope, and sustained contribution over time, not tenure alone.
- Employee compensation is reviewed regularly through formal performance reviews and check-ins to ensure alignment with role expectations and impact.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or celebrities.
- University degree or equivalent experience
