About the role

  • Our team is committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • This position will require travel for coverage in Massachusetts.
  • The focus for this position will include oversight to our Teams while ensuring compliance to State and Federal regulatory guidelines as well as monitoring and updating company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains department budgetary guidelines for staffing and supplies
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance with assisted living and memory care, to ensure safety, and clinical standards
  • Perform audits to ensure thorough resident assessments, care plans, and documentation in EHR and EMAR. Assist with action plans and plans of correction
  • Implement orientation training programs and in-services for all nursing teams in accordance with state regulations and company policies
  • Develop, implement, and lead the company's quality assurance program and develop benchmarks and monitoring measures to ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain department budgetary guidelines for staffing and supplies
  • Work with third party vendors/partners to improve outcomes/relationships

Requirements

  • Experience working with residents with Alzheimer's or other related dementias
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
  • An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

  • $120,000 - $130,000 Yearly
  • Participate in mock survey visits and attend annual/complaint survey visits, as needed
