Responsibilities

  • Own the most important metrics for our business, understanding and driving outcomes
  • Drive large cross-functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics in partnership with Product, Brand Success, Marketing, Data Science, etc.
  • Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps, jumping into whatever it takes to drive impact
  • Develop, refine, and execute on go-to-market strategies
  • Move fast: You'll own meaningful problems that serve customers around the globe with the agency to move fast and see your results clearly.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in strategic and operational roles across business operations, consulting, or finance
  • You have experience with people management and go-to-market organizations
  • You are a strategic problem solver.
  • You can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach to solving them.
  • You are scrappy and resourceful.
  • You are analytical and metrics-focused.
  • You can execute on complex analyses, define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business
  • You have strong product and business intuition.
  • You are a strong communicator.
  • You can crisply communicate actionable data-driven recommendations to all audiences
  • You are a strategic problem solver. You can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach to solving them.

Compensation

  • San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $237,000 to $325,500 per year.
  • Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.
  • The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
  • Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.
  • the pay range for this role is $237,000 to $325,500 per year.
