About the role

As a Coverage Specialist, you will contribute to that commitment!
Once you hit the floor, you will focus on finding carriers across the nation to transport our customer's shipments!
This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a growing start-up and launch a career in logistics!

Responsibilities

Learn the business in our one-week training program, designed to get you ramped quickly & effectively.

Requirements

Proven work-ethic in a high volume setting.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Highly level of Accountability
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written).

How You'll Learn: After an intensive one-week training program, you'll hit the ground running with the knowledge, tools, and resources to secure reliable carrier capacity nationwide.
You'll work closely with our internal sales and operations teams to provide seamless coverage, anticipate potential risks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact our customers.
