About the role
- As a Supply Chain Analyst at Atlas Tube Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's Automated Inventory Management (AIM) program through data management, reporting, and process optimization.
- This position is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and inventory data, monitoring system performance, and identifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and customer service.
- This is a full-time, onsite role located in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain data critical to the AIM process, including setup and management of new AIM accounts.
- Support ongoing AIM processes by monitoring automation workflows and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Review inventory consumption trends and adjust supply planning recommendations to maintain proper inventory balance.
- Document business requirements and support testing for new AIM features and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on AIM system enhancements and process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, or industrial environments preferred.
- Experience with SAP (ECC/APO), EDI systems, and RPA technologies preferred.
