Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CRNA schedules to support operating room efficiency and patient care needs.
- Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and retention of CRNA staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship, and support professional development.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to advance departmental goals and organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Nurse Anesthesia.
Nice to have
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred).
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, and workforce management.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
