About the role
- Join Willow Wealth's new Chief Investment Officer as a Director, Commercial Real Estate in our New York office.
- These investments may comprise equity, debt, pref equity, 3rd party funds, and co-invest opportunities.
- You will need to possess relevant experience and a vested interest in working on complex transactions across property types and the entire capital structure.
Responsibilities
- You will work with the CIO to identify, analyze, execute, and manage various CRE investment opportunities across North America supplied by investment partners.
- We partner with experienced investment managers to provide investors with a wide range of opportunities across real estate, venture capital, private equity, art, short-term notes, and more.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is USD 200,000 to 230,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
