Develop expertise in Canadian and American markets.
Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to develop authentic, brand-aligned collaborations
Strong ability to build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, and partners
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
Build and manage a network of 50+ influencers (micro to macro), aligned with brand positioning
Evaluate and select partners based on performance, audience quality, and brand fit
Manage operational aspects (contracts, coordination with teams and branches, logistics)
Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing teams to integrate content into broader campaigns
Optimize content performance (hooks, CTAs, conversion) to maximize impact

3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or talent management
Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is essential

Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns (50+ annually), aligned with marketing priorities
