Requirements
- Experience with SAP Materials Management solutions.
- Critical skills for this position include proficiency in procurement and supply chain solutions and systems, data and process analysis, and communication.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Ability to process data, analyze information, think critically, identify cause-and-effect relationships, solve complex problems
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Proficiency in SAP Materials management or similar ERP
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to work on site.
- Must be able to move between buildings and floors.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations or equivalent combination of education and or demonstrated experience.
- Demonstrate consistent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Formulate and report analysis using quantitative and qualitative analytic skills using spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and business intelligence solutions (e.g. Power BI)
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry experience desired Working Conditions
- General office environment.
Compensation
- $80,000 to $120,000 We offer a competitive compensation package plus a benefits and equity program, when applicable.
- Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
