About the role

You will coach a team of three to four National Account Executives to win and grow national and multi-site workforce partnerships, and you will personally act as the Account Director on our key corporate accounts.
💼 This position is located onsite in Austin, TX (at The Domain), five days per week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.

Lead and Coach the Team
Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Executives and Senior Expansion Executives
Build a culture of accountability and strong customer outcomes
Own hiring, onboarding, and the ongoing development of the team
Drive National Contract Acquisition
Support commercial negotiations and contract terms that hold up as accounts grow
Own Senior Corporate Relationships (Account Director)
Manage relationships across Procurement, HR, Operations, Finance, and the C-suite

5+ years in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or workforce solutions
2+ years leading a sales or account management team
A track record of coaching teams through complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience managing multi-site, regional, or national customer relationships
Comfort working in a fast-growing, changing business
High-level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
Experience with Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Hospitality clients
Experience leading enterprise or national account sales teams
