About the role
- As the ideal candidate, you'll have experience in full cloud environments, with a strong background in Azure Entra ID and Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Responsibilities
- AscentDS is seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead to oversee our IT support and infrastructure.
- In this role, you will manage all aspects of our IT environment-from equipment procurement and provisioning to ensuring seamless support for end users and managing our Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Basic account and access support (password resets, group membership, profile setup

Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office apps) and SharePoint/OneDrive for end-user file access and permissions troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT operations management, preferably in real estate finance or other regulated industries.

- Experience configuring and deploying Windows 11 PCs/laptops in a corporate (domain/cloud-managed) environment
