About the role
- Unlike Tech II, Tech III candidates must operate independently at a high level: leading troubleshooting, programming, commissioning, and integration tasks in live data center environments.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5-12+ years hands-on experience in BMS, SCADA, PLCs, or HVAC controls (senior-level only).
- Strong proficiency in Wonderware/Aveva
- Ability to interpret and apply mechanical drawings and control schematics
- You only have InTouch HMI or MES experience (without System Platform/Historian/Dev Studio).
- You have no SCADA/PLC exposure.
- You are unwilling to travel daily across NJ.
- You have weak communication skills or lack of independent project ownership.
Compensation
- $110k-$130k
