About the role
- Under the direction of a Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the collection of data related to patient status.
- Performance of basic nursing procedures.
- On-going collection and documentation of patient data.
Responsibilities
- Delivers specimens to appropriate department as requested.
- Maintains cleanliness and order of hospital room, utility room, diet kitchen, hallways, and alcoves.
- Performs point of care testing as trained and delegated by RN.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
