- Utilize a company database to strategically contact inactive, declining, un-hosted and specific segmentation of Guests approved by PD leader.
- include verifying and obtaining pertinent Guest information, booking appropriate reservations, promoting brand loyalty, establishing a relationship for future marketing endeavors, and regular follow up with Guests.

Nice to have
- Previous casino marketing or casino telemarketing preferred.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently, bi-lingual a plus.
