  • ​​The Equity Administration Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • This role manages equity data, reporting, and vendor relationships while providing strategic guidance to optimize equity processes and support employee experience.​
  • 5+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or related HR/finance discipline.
  • Experience managing equity programs for publicly traded companies preferred.
  • Proficiency with equity compensation software and HRIS systems.​
  • ​​Manage administration of company equity programs including stock options, RSUs, and other long-term incentives.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity within equity systems and HRIS integrations.
  • Oversee equity transaction processing, vesting schedules, and tax implications in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
