Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1.
  • You will drive change and have a voice in strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software development experience.
  • A Technical "Spike": You have deep, Senior/Staff level expertise in EITHER:
  • Frontend: Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Product Intuition: You have a desire to work on front-facing products that users interact with daily.
  • Adaptability: You are willing to step outside your comfort zone.
  • If you are backend-heavy, you are willing to touch the frontend (and vice versa) to get a feature over the line.
  • We have a built in "showcase" stage in our interview loop to focus on your specific area of expertise.
  • Frontend: Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You understand the Virtual DOM, state management complexities, and CSS architecture.
  • Backend: Strong systems design skills, API architecture, database optimization, and scalable infrastructure.
  • Product Intuition: You have a desire to work on front-facing products that users interact with daily. You care about the "why" as much as the "how."
  • Adaptability: You are willing to step outside your comfort zone. If you are backend-heavy, you are willing to touch the frontend (and vice versa) to get a feature over the line.
  • Agency & Ownership: You thrive in environments where you define the solution rather than just implementing a spec.
