Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects from planning through release and iteration
- Manage timelines, tasks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams
- Ensure the team maintains momentum while adapting to changing priorities
- Build trust through clear, proactive communication and consistent delivery
- Escalate issues when needed and drive them to resolution
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, QA, and product teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, or similar roles
- Experience leading cross-functional software delivery in an agile environment
- Ability to operate with flexibility and adapt to changing requirements
- Rather than operating within rigid processes, this role requires flexibility, ownership, and the ability to adapt quickly as project needs change.
Nice to have
- Experience in a consulting, agency, or client-services environment
- Familiarity with digital product development across web and mobile platforms
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding software development concepts
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or regulated industries
- Demonstrated ability to improve team processes or delivery workflows
- Exposure to account management or client growth initiatives

- This role builds on the foundation of traditional project management but goes further-you will not only organize and track work, but also create clarity, guide decision-making, and drive outcomes in an agile environment where priorities evolve.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers, QA analysts, product managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality software across multiple projects.
