About the role
- Now hiring a Telemarketing Representative to join our fast‑paced, on‑site call center in Bellevue, WA.
- In this role, you'll handle outbound calls (no cold calling).
- You will be calling guests that attended a 90-minute timeshares presentation, conducting a customer service survey and as a thank you, offering a 2-night complementary stay at one of our premier resort locations.

Requirements
- Data entry skills...Must be accurate and fast with the computer and keyboarding
- Must be able to handle credit card transactions in our SAMs and/or TSW systems.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
