About the role

We are looking for a client-focused individual who works well in a fast-paced environment, and who has a technical background in the geosciences.

Technical Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our software to clients and stakeholders.
Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on Geoscience software utilization.
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the product development team to streamline geological workflows, ensuring efficient data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
Deliver engaging presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our software to clients and stakeholders.

The Technical Sales Analyst will join our team to provide users with outstanding technical support and training for our products, including StarSteer.

4-year degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or Engineering.
Strong knowledge of drilling operations and geology-focused workflows.
Geologic knowledge of a variety of North American plays and play types.
experience creating and delivering presentations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Docs.
Working knowledge of Python.
Experience with geoscience software (Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, etc).
The ideal candidate should have a passion to provide technical demos and trainings for our clients.

$65,000 - $100,000 USD - Dependent on relevant work experience.
