Guide complex projects to successful completion, identifying challenges and implementing agile solutions.
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
A strong background in payments, ideally with direct experience in Regional Banks or selling to them.
Exceptional ability to frame opportunities from the customer's perspective.
Demonstrated success managing client clusters and driving growth using consultative sales approaches.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and fostering innovation across diverse groups.

Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, paired with a creative and results-oriented mindset.

$221,000 - $349,000
In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The Principal of Regionals, USFI, will lead sales to existing customers and prospects.
Lead strategic sales engagements with existing customers and prospects in the Regional Bank Segment.
