  • Exceed sales targets by expanding Mastercard Services offerings within a robust portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Craft persuasive pitches and presentations, from initial concept to polished delivery for senior and mid-level audiences.
  • Guide complex projects to successful completion, identifying challenges and implementing agile solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • A strong background in payments, ideally with direct experience in Regional Banks or selling to them.
  • Exceptional ability to frame opportunities from the customer's perspective.
  • Demonstrated success managing client clusters and driving growth using consultative sales approaches.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and fostering innovation across diverse groups.

Compensation

  • $221,000 - $349,000
  • In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
  • The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
