About the role
- The Unit Coordinator-GB provides charge nurse responsibilities, including assignments, management of throughput, staffing to matrix, and responding to patient and staff needs, while also managing a patient care assignment as indicated by patient care needs.
- Provides charge nurse responsibilities, including assignments, management of throughput, staffing to matrix, and responding to patient and staff needs.
- Assists with hiring, education and performance evaluation of the staff.

Requirements
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.
Skills
- High School Graduate
- Associate Degree Nursing
- Bachelor Degree Nursing
- Master Degree Nursing
- 2 or more years Clinical Experience
- Other BLS
- Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN)
- Single State
- State Board of Nursing
- Professional Nursing Certification
