About the role

  • The Senior Financial Analyst position is a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.
  • You will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, planning and analysis related to the Chief Operating Officer's Information Technology, & Software Operations Organizations.
  • A critical component of this position is to transform financial data into information of value to the Company's financial and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support revenue and cost scenarios
  • Support the preparation of departmental budgets, provide feedback to department leaders on variances and recommend actions to control spend within budget
  • Plan, lead and organize projects within the finance group and across the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of Accounting or Finance Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint) and ERP experience (preferably Oracle)
  • Hands-on working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US

  • Coupa tool experience
  • Solid accounting/GAAP knowledge
  • emphasis on project accounting & revenue recognition rules

Compensation

  • The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $100,423-$147,287 per year (in the primary posting location).
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience.
  • This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
  • Note: Benefit and Compensation programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
  • Provide insight on business operations by developing monthly forecast, annual budgets and long-range plans
  • Evaluate monthly, quarterly and annual comparative operating results and forecasts and prepare comprehensive reporting package and presentations to be provided to business leaders
