Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day needs of assigned clients and help ensure a positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records, notes, and service requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to support client changes and routine requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, client service, administrative support, or a related field
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
