Responsibilities
- As a Senior Chemist within our Paints & Coatings (P&C) business, you will play a critical role in advancing innovative formulation technologies that support our customers and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in developing and evaluating biocidal formulation stability in line with EPA and/or relevant regulatory guidelines
- Proven expertise in formulation systems such as solutions, emulsions, and dispersions, ideally within paints and coatings
- Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis techniques and ability to execute low- to medium-complexity reactions
- Advanced proficiency in analytical characterization methods (e.g., HPLC, GC-MS, ICP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot formulation and performance challenges
- MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- High level of scientific rigor, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality and reproducibility
