We're investing in top talent to help us attract and hire high-performing Mortgage Loan Officers who will drive the next phase of our expansion.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Mortgage Loan Officers and other sales positions.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, candidate records, and hiring reports.
Continuously develop new sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals.
Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and standard recruiting tools.
