Managing multi-disciplinary site projects in a collaborative manner to produce effective and high-quality design plans.
Steering projects from schematic design to closeout.
Design in athletics is preferred.

Minimum requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering or BLA for Landscape Architecture.
10+ years of experience Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D is essential.

Job Overview LaBella is looking for an individual who wants to advance both personally and professionally while finding solutions for complex projects.
These types of projects include natural grass and synthetic turf fields, parks, music venues, stadiums, and mixed-use developments starting with master planning and continuing through final construction close out.
An understanding of the design, construction and permitting process is required.
Experience with athletic facilities is highly desired, as an outside-of-the-box thinker will thrive in this role.
Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture background preferred while management of projects, budgets, and people should be highlighted in the application.
Submission of a project portfolio is highly encouraged.
