About the role

- To ensure the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.
- Responsible for accurate solder mask placement, and correct screening of solder mask.
Responsibilities
- Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters
- Read blueprints and traveler documents to produce and move products according to customer specifications and to verify that all previous operations were completed
- Perform preventative maintenance on all chemical machines
- Perform necessary inspection checks on machine and product.
- Perform first article inspection on any/all work and document accordingly.
Requirements
- Use all required Personal Protective Equipment
- Follow workflow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes in response to Hot Jobs and customer requirements
- Perform any/all preventative maintenance on line as required prior to processing work.
Skills
- Have a thorough knowledge of process chemistry
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Ability to lift 30 pounds without straining
- Ability to stand throughout entire shift
- Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position
- Must have or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
- Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
