About the role

Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Technician will support the Leasing Operations for LGI Living through managing maintenance work orders, including communication and scheduling with tenants and vendors.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems is required.
- An Associates Degree in a related technical or mechanical field is also preferred.
- The Maintenance Technician must have strong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A valid driver's license is required.
