About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst for the Data Analytics team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Oura's security guild comprising of Legal, IT, Security, and Enterprise Data Architecture to define and manage a data governance framework for the full data lifecycle from acquisition to deletion

Skills
- A pragmatic and goal oriented approach to development
- Hands on experience working with governed data including PII, PHI, HIPAA, GDPR
- Experience leading the Data Lifecycle from data definition, delivery to destruction
- Experience leading strategic initiatives that enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
- Real-life experience with data analysis and governance with data mesh using Databricks, Google BigQuery or similar technologies
- Familiarity and experience with the Governed Data Lakes, Data Warehouse, and federated Data Mesh approach
- Experience leading teams directly or indirectly with responsibility for data analysis and governance
