About the role

Responsibilities
- Inventory Processing: Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit's commercial requirements.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
- Material Handling: Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to identify issues, gather data, and develop well-documented solutions.
- You'll troubleshoot discrepancies, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation
- The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour + 15% shift differential!
