About the role
- KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC) is seeking a Research Analyst for our Structured Finance team in the New York office.
- This individual will assist in the creation and publication of timely and insightful research reports covering the ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and Structured Credit markets.
Responsibilities
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, while also collaborating effectively with internal partners.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel skills required
- SQL, other coding skills, and familiarity with AI tools preferred.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.
Compensation
- The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $90,000.
- Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
- Maintain and publish KBRA's Structured Finance Performance Indices.
- Collect, maintain, and manage the data sets and databases used to support structured finance research.
- Assist in drafting topical research reports across structured finance markets for external publication.
- Travel as needed, up to 5% annually.
