Responsibilities
- Maintains a safe operating environment including the utilization of Stop Work Authority; follows all EQT policies and procedures.
- Performs zero-hour overhauls of various compression equipment
- Records and analyzes clearance, readings, pressures, temperatures, volumes, hours etc. to optimize maintenance forecasting
- Successfully completes assignments as directed and within established timeframes. Accurately documents information as defined and utilizes a computerized database for work orders, field data collection, and compliance reporting.
Requirements
- Must be a team player, self-motivated with high level of energy and initiative.
- Walking on uneven terrain is often required during normal work duties.
Skills
- At least 3 year of related work experience in the natural gas industry with a mechanical background
- Caterpillar OEM engine maintenance course certificate
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Products
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and research skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use various measurement tooling such as micrometers, depth gauges and calipers.
- Ability to identify work priorities and function with very little supervision at times
- Participates in on-call rotation schedule
- High School Diploma / GED
- Associate's degree in a technical field
- Maintenance experience with natural gas compression equipment
- CDL license
