Responsibilities
- As the 4th largest dealership group in the U.S., Group 1 delivers a fully integrated automotive experience, including vehicle sales, financing, aftersales service, and digital retail solutions.

- Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders.
- Recruit, hire and develop associates for the Financial Services Department.
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
- Secure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner while maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements
- Qualifications Must have automotive finance management experience.
- Must have a proven track record of good CSI and good performance.
- College degree or experience preferred.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $250,000 per year.
