About the role

  • This position provides office support, assisting in the preparation of survey projects, such as boundary surveys, subdivision plats, construction calculations, topographic and route projects.
  • - Perform survey tasks under the direct guidance of the Survey Project Manager and Project Surveyor.

Responsibilities

  • Perform survey tasks under the direct guidance of the Survey Project Manager and Project Surveyor.
  • Create basic drawings from field survey data, sketches, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Support deed research and simple calculations with direct oversight.
  • This position provides office support, assisting in the preparation of survey projects, such as boundary surveys, subdivision plats, construction calculations, topographic and route projects.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, certificate, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm with overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work Monday
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Dependable, reliable, and eager to grow in the survey field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with residential subdivision platting a plus.
  • Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • MicroStation experience is a plus.
