About the role

  • Pricing Analyst I (Tactical) plays a key role in supporting profitable growth by evaluating and approving special pricing requests for dealers and customers across North America and Latin America.
  • This position analyzes sales opportunities, market conditions, and pricing strategies to provide competitive recommendations while ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Working closely with dealers, sales teams, and leadership, the Pricing Analyst helps balance market competitiveness, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support current HYMH sales programs through research and communication with dealers, and research customer special pricing and purchase activity as requested by the HYMH direct sales teams.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Manager, Pricing Execution and Compliance.
  • Effective communicator who collaborates well with dealers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organized and able to manage a high volume of pricing requests while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Ability to remain focused, organized, and productive under pressure while delivering high-quality results.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze pricing requests and make sound business decisions.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to balance business objectives while maintaining competitive pricing practices.
  • One year of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree, or three years of experience without a Bachelor of Science degree, in the forklift industry within customer service, sales, or finance.
  • Proficiency in conducting database and internet research to support pricing decisions.
  • Travel Required

Nice to have

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Skills

  • Ability to approve dealer special pricing requests and assess research requirements while ensuring compliance with HYMH policy.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate pricing requests and customer eligibility.

Compensation

  • Ability to manage special pricing to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) margins and market share objectives.
