About the role
- This role focuses exclusively on the Inmar Healthcare division and is responsible for translating business priorities and product strategies into clear, compelling communications and content across channels.

- Scammers sometimes impersonate Inmar recruiters on LinkedIn and other channels.
Responsibilities
- Builds strong partnerships across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Creative/Design
- Put clients first and deliver exceptional experiences
- Build collaborative relationships across teams
- Take ownership of goals and deliver results with urgency and accountability
- Concierge and work/life support resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, writing, or a related field
- Experience supporting public relations or external communications initiatives
- Experience managing social media for a brand or business unit
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, and multimedia formats
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Regularly required to use hands, talk, hear, and work at a computer
- Occasionally required to stand, kneel, stoop, and lift moderate weight
- Must be able to view and adjust focus on screens for extended periods
Nice to have
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization platforms (e.g., BrightEdge)
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance content development and efficiency

Compensation
- Ability to travel to Inmar Team Support Center (Winston-Salem, NC) 2-3 times per year for in-person team meetings (applicable for remote employees)
