About the role

Provides patient-focused care through the examination of surgical specimens and timely completion of surgical case reports independently.

Performs examination, gross dissection, and documentation of surgical specimens, under supervision of pathologist.
Training & Development (Fundamental Awareness): Has demonstrated an understanding of the basic characteristics and needs of effective delivery: use of visual aids, demeanor, oral skills and program support requirements.
Organizational Impact: Independently delivers on objectives with understanding of how they impact the results of own area/team and other related teams.

Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate pathology in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
