  • The Technical Senior Specialist will be responsible for assisting in proactively assessing future risks of each project to the Operations team and communicating those with the OSC Team.

  • Ensure the de-risking process is complete with all necessary RFI's/ASI's resolved in timely manner. (Maintain 30 days of clear runway without RFI delays)
  • Monitors dashboard daily for trends impacting the Plan, diagnose the root cause and directs OSC resource support and realignment on subcontractor performance both on completion and corrective items.
  • Communicates OSC support of wet weather mitigation pre-planning efforts and implementation
  • Create and manage a project specific submittal log.
  • Review responses to submittals and ensure trade partner is aware of any comments.

Compensation

  • $95,000 - $130,000
