4+ years of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience
4+ years of Experience managing operational teams (20+ team members)
Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety requirements, and applying to warehouse and production environment
you are a leader with a burning desire to make a meaningful difference in our business and lives of our employees
Comfort with being exposed to hot, cool and/or cold environments (0-30ºC)

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field preferred

We are looking for a full-time
Production Manager who will oversee our fulfillment activities, for our RTE brand:
Factor (factormeals.ca), a healthy, ready-to-heat meal delivery service.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Production, you will lead a team in achieving safety, quality, plan adherence, on-time delivery, and efficiency targets for completing weekly fulfillment of customer orders.
As part of our Production team, you will play a key role in delivering a consistently outstanding product to our customers while rapidly scaling this new business.
