- Rapid Prototyping + Experimentation: Track what's new and possible in the world of generative AI and quickly build working prototypes to pressure test your strategies and/or get buy-in from clients.
- Bias Towards Creative Excellence: You build machinery that is accountable to and consistent with real design systems, brand components and retrieved facts, and which never looks like hastily generated slop.
- AI Architecture: A strong point of view on AI engineering architecture. You're confident in deciding what needs to be a tool call vs. a skill vs. a subagent; when a retrieval beats a bigger prompt; and how to design an eval before building a feature.
- You'll balance storytelling with systems thinking to deliver work that is effective and scalable.
