Responsibilities
- Manages and develops clinic office staff; responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and staff engagement.
- Partners with clinical leadership, physicians, and operational stakeholders to support clinic performance and patient access.
- Analyzes operational metrics (e.g., access, staffing, productivity, patient satisfaction) and implements process improvements.
- Supports budget accountability, expense management, and optimization of clinic resources.
- Leads change initiatives and operational improvements aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey expectations, provide feedback, and collaborate with staff, providers, and leadership.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify operational or patient‑care improvement opportunities, assess root causes, and implement process improvements at the clinic level.
- Ability to balance competing priorities, resolve routine operational challenges, and recommend practical, compliant solutions that support quality patient care.
Requirements
- Certification/License/Registration: None required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support scheduling, reporting, data tracking, and communication.
