About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide clear, day-to-day direction to various delivery teams on what to build next, ensuring alignment with Market Access business priorities.
- Collaborate with business users and delivery teams to ensure all technology components integrate into a coherent and effective solution.
- Ability to own and prioritize a complex product backlog based on strategic value and business needs within a commercial pharma context.
- Knowledge of the digital technologies that support Market Access, such as contract management, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
Skills
- Expert knowledge of US Market Access business processes, including payer engagement, reimbursement, and government pricing.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively together within cross-functional teams and networks.
- Demonstrated communication skills, within a multi-cultural and multi-lingual global environment.
- Drives toward outcomes.
- Bachelor's or master's Degree preferred in Information Technology or related fields.
Compensation
- For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $156,000.00 - $214,500.00 USD.
