About the role

  • Monitor key performance indicators to advise changes in preventative and predictive maintenance decisions and assess the organization's computerized maintenance management system (IBM Maximo) to schedule workload accordingly.
  • Uses analytical skills and critical thinking to improve departmental performance.
  • Manipulate the CMMS, ensuring accurate data entry, timely updates, and proper documentation of maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, ensuring alignment with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with CMMS Coordinator and Fleet Manager to manage the asset tagging and tracking program within the CMMS including processing of new equipment forms and tagging of assets.
  • Develop relationships with PCM and contractors on projects requiring Maintenance support or may impact maintenance activities.
  • Provides support for the Maintenance department through planning, organizing and scheduling work for facilities and equipment while minimizing impacts on production.
  • Support the maintenance of equipment and the management of spare parts inventory.
  • Develop CMMS tool to meet department demands, including maintaining accurate and prompt data collection
