- PARKVIEW CHRISTIAN CHURCH is looking for an Associate Campus Pastor to join this exciting and fast-paced organization.
- Parkview is one church with three campus locations in Orland Park, Homer Glen and New Lenox.
Requirements
- Ability to speak the language of relationship, direction, and spiritual growth
- Execute any Groups programming as required by Central Groups Ministry

- Displays the Biblical traits of a pastor
- Identify, train, and equip people to lead healthy groups
- Develop a team of coaches who can confidently shepherd small group leaders
- Serve at weekend services to connect with and guide people toward their next step in community and spiritual growth
- Use the church database to track the onboarding of volunteers and process registrations of group members
- Assist the Campus Pastor as needed in the pastoral functions of the church, including but not limited to pastoral care, performing weddings and funerals, assisting with baptisms, and hosting as needed.
