This role will contribute to the effective management of the environmental, health and safety program at Axcelis' semiconductor equipment manufacturing facilities in Beverly, MA.

Maintain and repair facility structure, equipment and grounds
Perform minor carpentry, painting and floor repairs
Perform inspection and minor repairs of roofing systems
Performs building and equipment preventative maintenance such as filter changes and daily inspections
Maintain equipment logs
Perform minor repairs on mechanical equipment such as chillers, air compressors, pumps and boilers
Monitor Building management system and respond to alarms
Maintain snow removal equipment
you develop within the role.
This position supports the Facilities Department in the daily operation and maintenance of Axcelis' principal manufacturing and warehousing sites.

1 to 3 years Facility Maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment required
Basic industrial electrical, plumbing and HVAC understanding required
Ability to work overtime as needed during special projects required
Ability to works from blueprints, drawing and rough sketches required

This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations.
Our salary ranges are determined by role and level; individual pay is determined based on
Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the
Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular

multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, work
location, and internal equity.
