About the role

  • SEL is seeking a collaborative professional with a strong accounting background to join our Internal Audit team.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will plan and execute audits in a team-based environment, use and build new technology-enabled audit solutions, and partner across the organization to deliver practical, value-added recommendations that strengthen and simplify processes and controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and finance principles, theories, and concepts, or working knowledge of GAAP, Tax, and/or IFRS.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Nice to have

  • CPA, CMA, or CFA
  • or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Tax systems.
  • Tax, audit, project, and/or cost accounting experience.
  • International accounting experience.

  • Competitive pay.

Compensation

  • $87,700 - $128,100 per year.
  • We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level.
  • Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
  • We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
