About the role
- SEL is seeking a collaborative professional with a strong accounting background to join our Internal Audit team.

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will plan and execute audits in a team-based environment, use and build new technology-enabled audit solutions, and partner across the organization to deliver practical, value-added recommendations that strengthen and simplify processes and controls.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Working knowledge of accounting and finance principles, theories, and concepts, or working knowledge of GAAP, Tax, and/or IFRS.
- 3+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Nice to have
- CPA, CMA, or CFA
- or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Tax systems.
- Tax, audit, project, and/or cost accounting experience.
- International accounting experience.
- Physical Requirements:
- Competitive pay.
Compensation
- $87,700 - $128,100 per year.
- We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level.
- Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
- We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
