About the role
- As we scale rapidly, we are introducing the Vehicle Detailer role to ensure that vehicles meet Clutch's high presentation standards before delivery.
- This role focuses on cleaning and preparing vehicles in our reconditioning facility so they are presented to customers in excellent condition.
- You'll work closely with production teams, contributing directly to quality and delivery targets.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets)
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
- Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals

Requirements
- Must demonstrate effective communication, ability to resolve issues, and customer service orientation
- Physical and mental skill/effort required for detailing work
- It'd be great if you have:

- Previous automotive detailing or production experience
- Familiarity with facility equipment and inventory processes

Compensation
- Wage: $20.00 per hour
