The Mechanical Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of mechanical and industrial projects under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
Assist in gathering project requirements and preparing project initiation documents, project charters, and detailed scopes of work.
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and detailed construction cost estimates; review contractor quotations; perform bid analysis; and provide recommendations to support project budgeting and procurement decisions.
Support project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, change management, and project controls.
Coordinate project meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Basic understanding of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, piping, conveyors, material handling systems, and maintenance practices.
Knowledge of project management principles, construction practices, and contractor coordination.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within industrial or construction environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness and ability to travel, including occasional travel to the United States.
