About the role

  • As a Process Engineer, Manufacturing, you will improve manufacturing operations in a chemical coatings plant.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate technical expertise into measurable business and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily process engineering support for manufacturing operations.
  • Lead process optimization projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, yield, and cost reduction.
  • Support root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Develop process documentation, operating procedures, process flow diagrams, and engineering standards.
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams to improve manufacturing performance.
  • Support process control strategies, automation projects, alarms, and interlocks to improve process reliability.
  • Support capital projects including scope development, cost estimates, equipment specification, installation, and startup activities.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across the plant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
